If you have forgotten your password for our Member Portal, it can be reset as per the below steps. Remember, the username is the account holder's email address nominated with us.
PLEASE NOTE, this does not relate to your Wi-Fi access password. For assistance with this, please refer to our member only article "Wi-Fi Setup / Forgot Wi-Fi Password"
1. Go to https://myaccount.aveoconnect.com.au/.
2. Click on Forgot your password? link.
3. Choose among the options Reset using Mobile Number, Reset using Email Address, Reset using Username.
4. Click Send New Password. The password will be reset and sent to you via email or SMS including your username. Usernames will always be the primary contact's full email address.
