DETAILS

We are writing to inform you of some emergency critical works that need to take place at short notice

Network maintenance is required on our underlying server infrastructure which WILL result in a short service outage to the dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP).
 
These works are scheduled for somewhere between 00:00am and 5:30am and are expected to be completed within a short time (within a few minutes), but at worst may take up couple of hours. Due to the planned time of this change, no customer notification is planned.
 
During this time, subscribers MAY experience an interruption of service (eg browsing), however the expected loss of DHCP functionality is expected to be of short duration.  
 
If a customer experiences an interruption AFTER the maintenance window, please power down the white AveoConnect gateway device, wait 30 seconds and then power it back up.  If services still do not restore to normal 5 minutes after this, please contact our technical support team for further assistance on 1300 851 496.
