DETAILS
 
We are writing to inform you of some critical works that will disrupt all services.

Critical changes are required to be undertaken to our network to prepare it for the expansion into the new section of the development.
 
These works are scheduled to occur on Wednesday 20th June.
 
During this time period, subscribers WILL experience an interruption of service for up to 2 hours in duration, but we will aim to keep this period as short as possible.
 
If you experience an interruption after the 2 hour window, please turn your Aveo Connect Home Gateway device (located in the Home Distribution Hub) off, wait 30 seconds and then back on. If services still do not restore to normal 5 minutes after this, please contact our technical support team for further assistance on 1300 851 496.
