We are writing to inform you of some critical works that will disrupt all services.
Critical changes are required to be undertaken to our network to migrate services from some older equipment to newer, more capable equipment. To enable this, sessions must be terminated, re-routed and then allowed to re-establish.
These works are scheduled to occur at midnight on the 5th of November.
During this time period, subscribers WILL experience an interruption of service for up to 2 hours in duration, but we will aim to keep this period as short as possible.
If you experience an interruption after the 2 hour window, please turn your Aveo Connect Home Gateway device off, wait 30 seconds and then back on. If services still do not restore to normal 5 minutes after this, please contact our technical support team for further assistance on 1300 851 496.
